Wholewheat egg less fudgy brownie

whole wheat egg less fudgy brownie is healthier. I like to avoid all-purpose flour / maida in cakes and cookies. It’s loaded with walnuts and chocolate chunks. Make this healthy chocolaty fudgy brownies to your loved ones. It’s taste and look exactly like regular brownies, so you can relish as many as you can.

Whole wheat flour ½ cup
Coco powder ½ cup
Brown sugar ½ cup
Instant coffee powder ¼th tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt pinch
Oil ½ cup
Curd ¾th cup
Walnuts handful
Dark chocolate chopped / chips handful

For garnishing :-

Melted dark / milk chocolate 25 grams
Melted white chocolate 25 grams
Chopped walnuts few



In a mixer jar add brown sugar along with instant coffee powder, ground into fine powder.
In a large bowl add the powdered sugar, oil, curd whisk well.
Add wholewheat flour, coco powder, baking powder in the oil mixture and gently mix it and keep it aside.
Fine chop dark chocolate and walnuts, add tbsp of flour in to the nuts and mix well.
Add the nuts and chocolate into the brownie batter.
Pour the batter in the prepared baking pan and bake @ 180 degree c for about 20-25 minutes.
Once it baked pour melted dark chocolate over the brownie and spread it well, now drizzle some melted white chocolate to give marble effect, add finely chopped walnuts and place the brownie in the fridge for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes cut into desire shape and serve.
