Chocolate chip cookies are everyone favorite. I always wanted to try healthier version of cakes and cookies, so I tried the cookies with Whole wheat and it turned out really delicious. Recently I came across lots of recipes for cookie shot glass and bowls. Here is my version of Whole wheat chocolate chip cookie cups.
Let’s see the procedure,

|Brown sugar||1 cup|
|Vanilla extract||few drops|
|Whole wheat flour||2 cups|
|Baking powder||2 tsp|
|Chocolate chip||½ cup|
|Milk chocolate||for garnishing|
|Ice cream||1 scoop|
In a mixer jar brown sugar along with pinch of salt, grind them into fine powder and keep it aside.
In a bowl add oil, egg and few drops of vanilla essence, whisk it well. Now add the powdered sugar and whisk it once again.
Now sift in whole wheat flour along with baking powder, mix it well.
Add chocolate chips and mix it again. If the cookie dough is too crumbly add milk and make into a dough.
Now grease the outer part of the cupcake mold and place the cookie dough as shown in the picture and bake them in pre-heated oven at 180 degree c for 15-20 minutes.
Once it baked take it out from the oven and allow it to come to room temperature.
Now decorate it with melted chocolate and serve it with scoop of ice cream.
