Spicy scrambled tofu is perfect for chapati / roti rolls and sandwiches. I think it’s the best way to add tofu in your diet, my kids don’t like the taste of tofu but after tasting this recipe, they thought it’s scrambled egg and gorged it. Spicy scrambled tofu is very easy to make if you’re in a hurry it is the best recipe.

Ingredients:-
Tofu | 200 grams |
Onions | 1 |
Tomatoes | 1 |
Capsicum | 1 small |
Ginger garlic paste | 1 tsp |
Chili powder | 1 tsp |
Coriander powder | 1 tsp |
Garam masala powder | ½ tsp |
Water | ¼th cup |
Salt | to taste |
Coriander leaves | to garnish |
Oil | 2 tsp |
Cumin | ½ tsp |
Procedure:-
Place a pan on medium heat add oil followed by cumin seeds. Once the cumin seeds start to sizzle, add chopped onion and fry well
Now add the chopped tomato saute it. Add the ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute.
Add chopped capsicum, chili powder, coriander powder, sugar and garam masala powder, saute it for another 2 minute.
Take the firm tofu and scramble it and keep it aside. In the pan add water and scrambled tofu. Adjust the salt and garnish it with coriander leaves.
Serve it with a piece of lemon and onions along with chapati / roti.
