Simple chocolate cake, why this recipe called simple?, for most of the cake recipes we need electric hand blender / kitchen aid or other gadgets, but this recipe is very simple you don’t need any fancy gadgets to make this cake. The cake just melt in your mouth, you can’t believe that such a simple cake taste exactly like store bought .
Let’s see the procedure,

Ingredients:-
All purpose flour/maida | ½ cup |
Coco powder | ½ cup |
Baking powder | 1 tsp |
Oil | ½ cup |
Sugar | ¾ th cup |
Eggs | 4 |
Instant coffee powder | pinch |
Walnuts | handful |
Chocolate chips | handful |
Procedure:-
In a bowl add eggs, whisk it well and add powdered sugar, whisk it once and add pinch of instant coffee powder, now pour the oil and whisk it well.
Now sift in coco powder and all purpose flour / maida along with baking powder and add in to the egg mixture and mix gently.
In another bowl add chopped walnut and chocolate chips, add some flour and mix well and add into the prepared cake batter and mix well.
Pour 1 tsp of oil in the baking pan and apply well, now add 1 tbsp of flour and shake the pan, the flour should be evenly coated to the pan.
Now pour the prepared batter to the pan and place the pan in the pre-heated oven at 180 degree c for 40 minutes.
Once the cake cooked allow it to cool and transfer it into serving plate and slice it and serve it or store it in the air tight container.
