Procedure:-

potato patties:-

Grate boiled and peeled potatoes, add frozen green peas, corn flour, chili powder, garam masala powder (i used pav bhaji masala) , ginger garlic paste, salt as per your taste. Mix well and make it into a soft dough.
Cut the mozzarella cheese into 1 inch pieces and keep it aside.
Divide the potato mixture into equal balls, take a piece of mozzarella and stuff it inside the mixture and keep it aside.
Add the rusk in the mixer jar and grind it into a fine powder. In another bowl add some maida / all-purpose flour salt and water and make it into a thin batter.
Now take one aloo patty, dip it in the maida batter, roll it in the rusk powder ( if you want you can double coat it) . Now deep fry them in medium hot oil.
Place a patty on a hot pan, place a cheese slice over it, now cover the pan with its lid and simmer the stove for few seconds. Once the cheese melted, take out from the pan and keep it aside.
Now slice the burger bun and toast it (toast only inside), apply some ketchup and assemble it as bed of lettuce, scoop of coleslaw, place the patty and serve.
