Kalakand is popular north Indian sweet, traditionally Kalakand recipe takes hours and hours to prepare, I searched google to make sweet recipe using condensed milk and I got this recipe, it taste similar to doodh peda. It’s loaded with nuts and rich in ghee is perfect for Diwali.

Kalakand Ingredients:-
Paneer | 200 grams |
Condensed milk | 800 ml |
Saffron | few |
Milk | 2-3 tbsp |
Almonds | handful |
Pistachio | handful |
Ghee | 2 tbsp |
Procedure:-
Add the paneer in the mixer jar and grind it into fine paste. Place a pan on medium heat add ghee and the ground paneer, fry for few seconds and add the condensed milk and cook for 10 minutes, keep on stirring add the saffron soaked milk. Cook till the ghee oozes, transfer this mixture into the greased plate and add the nuts, press it gently and allow it to come to room temperature, cut them into desire shape and serve.
