Egg less brownies

Brownies are one of the favorite desserts of all time, brownies are generally soft and fragile while they are hot, it’s best to leave the baked brownie at least one or two hours before cutting it. But my personal favorite is to have it while they are hot along with vanilla ice cream drizzled with some chocolate sauce/caramel sauce. Some like a fudgy brownie, some like cakey adjust the baking time according to your preference.
Let’s see the procedure,

Ingredients:-

Dark chocolate 100 grams
All purpose flour/maida 1 ¼ cup
Baking powder 2 tsp
walnut/choco chips ½ cup
Butter 130 grams
Sugar 1 cup
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Milk ¾ cup

 

Procedure:-

Chop the dark chocolate and add it to a heatproof bowl along with butter and place it on the double boiler and melt the chocolate and keep it aside. Meanwhile, powder the sugar, sift the flour and baking powder. Add the flour, sugar powder into a large bowl followed by milk, melted chocolate, vanilla extract and chopped half of the nuts and choco chips ( here I used the nuts for topping ). Now pour the prepared batter into a greased and dusted baking tray decorate with more nuts and choco chips and place it in the preheated oven at 180 º C for 15-20 minutes, insert a toothpick into the cake if it’s come out clean your brownie is ready. place the baked brownie onto the wire rack and let it set for 15 minutes then cut it and serve.
