Double chocolate chip cookie

Double chocolate chip cookie is one of my favorite cookie, to make it healthier I tried it with whole wheat flour / atta. They turned out crunchy and tasty, kids love this cookies, they are loaded with chocolate chips and walnuts, the dough itself contain coca powder, the cookies are chocolaty and nutty its match made in heaven 🙂
Let’s see the procedure for this yummy cookies…

Ingredients:-

Whole wheat flour / atta1 cup
Coca powder3 tbsp
Corn flour1 Tbsp
Baking powder1 tsp
Oil½ cup
Sugar¾ th cup
Cinnamon powderpinch
Egg1
Vinegar1 tsp
Walnutshandful
Chocolate chipshandful

 

Procedure:-

In a bowl add oil, powdered sugar along with pinch of cinnamon powder, using hand blender whisk it once and add one egg ( replace the egg with 25 grams of curd), add vinegar, whisk it and keep it aside.
Sift in wheat flour/ atta, cocoa powder, corn flour, baking powder and keep it aside.
Now fine chop walnut / any nuts / mixed nuts and keep it aside.
Now add the flour into the oil and egg mixture and whisk it gently don’t over mix the dough. Add chopped walnuts and chocolate chips and mix it with spatula, with the help of the 1 tbsp spoon divide the dough, place a tbsp of dough in between your palm gently roll it and press it slightly, place the cookies in the cookie sheet and bake in the pre-heated oven at 180 degree c for 12-15 minutes, it make around 30-35 cookies, once it done transfer the cookies on to the cooling rack and then store them in the air tight container.
