Pav bhaji is one my favorite street food, I used buy ready-made pav buns and make my own bhaji, I always wanted to try my own pav buns / Dinner rolls at home, I searched in the net and found this amazing egg less Dinner rolls, I tried it…. OMG, they are so…soft and taste amazing. Will post the bhaji recipe as soon as possible.        Let’s see the procedure for this pillow soft pav buns / dinner rolls,

Ingredients:-

Milk¾th cup
Sugar1 tbsp
Dry yeast2 tsp
Milk powder1 ½ tbsp
All purpose flour / maida2 cups
Salt1 tsp
Oil / butter3 tsp
Butter and milkfor brushing over the buns

 

Procedure :-

In a large bowl warm milk, sugar in the milk followed yeast, cover it with plastic wrap and set aside for 10 minutes.

In another bowl add milk powder, all-purpose flour/maida, salt, mix well and keep it aside.

Now add the dry mixture in the proven yeast and knead for 15 minutes ( don’t add extra flour) add oil and knead, after 15 minutes the dough should be soft and smooth.

Transfer the dough in the greased bowl,cover it with plastic wrap and set it aside for 1 hour.

After 1 hour the dough should be double in size,divide the dough equally and make them in to 8 even balls and place it in the greased baking pan.Cover it once again and rest it for another 45-60 minutes.

After 1 hour the pav buns are doubled in size,peel the plastic wrap gently and brush it with milk,place it in the pre-heated oven @ 200 degree c for 20 minutes.
Once it baked brush the crust with butter and allow it to cool,gently demold the buns in to a plate and serve it with bhaji / make into vada pavs.
