Coleslaw is one of the popular salad recipe, it’s loaded with shredded cabbage and creamy dressing. It’s crunchy and creamy texture goes well with burger. The recipe is very easy and handy, anyone make this recipe. You can prepare it ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator, best for any parties or get together. Cabbage 500 grams
Carrot 1 small
Spring onion 2
Mayonnaise ¼th cup
Apple cider vinegar/vinegar 1 tbsp
Mustard sauce 1 tbsp
Lemon 1 small
Sugar ¼th  tsp
Salt & pepper as per your taste


Take the cabbage, cut it into half and take out the hard stem, using slicer slice the cabbage as thin as possible and keep it aside.
Now shred the carrot and chop the spring onion and keep it aside.
In a large bowl add mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, mustard sauce, lemon juice, add salt pepper and pinch of sugar.
Whisk well, now add the veggies mix well and keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and serve.
