Ingredients:-
Cabbage | 500 grams |
Carrot | 1 small |
Spring onion | 2 |
Mayonnaise | ¼th cup |
Apple cider vinegar/vinegar | 1 tbsp |
Mustard sauce | 1 tbsp |
Lemon | 1 small |
Sugar | ¼th tsp |
Salt & pepper | as per your taste |
Procedure:-
Take the cabbage, cut it into half and take out the hard stem, using slicer slice the cabbage as thin as possible and keep it aside.
Now shred the carrot and chop the spring onion and keep it aside.
In a large bowl add mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, mustard sauce, lemon juice, add salt pepper and pinch of sugar.
Whisk well, now add the veggies mix well and keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and serve.
