I made this Chocolate mousse cake on a special occasion in our family. This cake is best for any occasions. Soft, spongy chocolaty cake layered and filled with soft, cloudy chocolate mousse. I’ve used non-dairy whipped cream in this recipe but you can use any whipped cream of your choice. It’s perfect for valentine’s day, it’s loaded with chocolate, do I have to say more…. :-D. The recipe for Chocolate cake , I used the same recipe for cake. Here is the procedure for chocolate mousse and assembling.

|Whipped cream||500 ml|
|Dark chocolate||400 grams|
Pour whipped cream in the large bowl, using electric hand blender whisk it till it forms stiff peaks.
Now add the chocolate ganache and blend till it well mixed (I have used around 400 grams of chocolate and 250 ml of hot milk, mix well) and keep it in the fridge.
Slice the cake into 3 even slices and stack it with chocolate mousse and decorate with ganache and serve.
