Banana Bread is quite soft and yummy. This is the best way to use the over-ripe bananas. It’s similar to a cake but still it called as banana bread, this bread is loaded with walnuts and mashed bananas, you can add chocolate chips also. It’s really moist and delicious cake, perfect with your Tea / coffee.
Let’s see the procedure,
[recipe title=”Banana bread” servings=”4-5″ time=”60mins” difficulty=”easy”]

Procedure:-
In a large bowl add flour, baking powder, chopped walnuts using whisk mix it well and keep it aside.
In another bowl add ripe bananas and mash them, in the banana mixture add eggs, mix it once, add unflavored oil, sugar, and cinnamon powder (add sugar and cinnamon into blender and blitz into a fine powder), give it a stir.
Now add the flour and walnut mixture in the wet ingredients and mix well.
prepare 2 cake tins ( here I have 1 loaf tin and 1 oval shape cake tin) grease it well, divide the prepared batter equally.
Place it in the preheated oven at 180 c and bake up to 40-45 minutes.
Once it baked take out of the oven allow it to cool completely.
Slice it and serve.
